1. Contest Period
The "Be Our Guest contest’’ (the "Contest") runs from April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM (NST) to April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM (NST) (the "Contest Period"). The winner will be drawn on May 2nd, 2025.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Representatives of the participating restaurants (Terre, Rabble, and The Merchant Tavern), are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, participants must dine at any of the participating restaurants (Terre, Rabble, or The Merchant Tavern) during the Contest Period. Upon dining, participants will receive an entry form where they must provide their full name and phone number. The completed entry form must be placed in the designated entry box at the restaurant. One entry per restaurant visit. The more a participant dines at the participating restaurants, the greater their chances of winning.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a dining experience for two (2) at each of the three participating restaurants. The total value of the prize is approximately $1,000 CAD. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on May 2nd, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected winner will be contacted via the phone number provided on their entry form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the first contact attempt, they forfeit the prize, and another draw will be conducted.
6. Privacy and Use of Personal Information
All personal information collected for this Contest (name and phone number) will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest. Personal data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
The participating restaurants are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
